Today's Special

Here we are, nearing the end of 2020 and starting something new: a blog. A new space to stretch and connect over our favorite plate of plants!


For our friends and family of @bythevedge, you have helped us (and me) feel the spark each day. Through food and fun and plants and play, we have kept cooking through the ebbs and flows, and we have you to thank for being a part of it.


So here we are, reading today's special – and today is special – because the @bythevedge dinner table gets a little bit bigger. Tie on apron. Take out your cutting board. Today we will cook! Today we will feel the aroma of garlic hitting a pan like an embrace, and we will hear hear the sizzle and pop like the sound of an audience exploding in joy. And we will love this ultimate act of living, of art and hearth, and we will learn what it really means to taste the rainbow. Pull up a seat. Unfurl your napkins.


Today is special, and we're so glad you're here.
